Bodytone EX2 Exercise Bike

The Bodytone EX2 exercise bike is designed with an adjustable multi-position handlebar that adapts to each user, while the seat can be adjusted horizontally, vertically and in different angles for extra comfort.

– Inertia flywheel set: Front 20 kg made with stainless steel.

– Protections: Side and front flywheel and bottom bracket protector made with TPR, to avoid rust and corrosion caused by sweat. ABS back protectors for stretching.
– Bottom bracket: Double NTN bearing.
– Pedals SPD mixed. VP components X-93.
– Saddle adjustment: Height adjustable. Pop-in locking system. Horizontal saddle slide with nylon strip for a smooth movement.
– Bottle rack: Double bottle rack in the handlebar.

– Saddle: Special EVA padding base for indoor cycling. Synthetic leather coated. Exclusive Bodytone design with a gap in the pelvic area for extra comfort. Saddle with cushioning system.
– Seat and handlebar post: Scaled steel quality E-220 + CR2 S2, 2.5 mm thick, with chrome surface finish in 3 phases. Laser cut holes to select positions.
– Handlebar: Ergonomic and anti-allergic porous foam coated. Height-adjustable.
– Brake system: Top shoe with friction and locking system.
– Structure: Steel tube (2.5 mm thick), robotic process welded.
– Mobility: Front wheels for easy transport.

– Paintwork: 3 layers of paint Stripped and stabilised steel through total immersion of the parts in different degreasing solutions to guarantee a perfect and full cleaning of the base material. Anti-oxidant primer to ensure adequate insulation from internal oxidation and good paint adhesion. 2 final layers of polyester powder epoxy paint, dried at 240ºC.
