Bodytone Multi-function Bench

The Bodytonebench is constructed of a high strength 3mm steel tube structure, laser cut for precision, and welded by a robotic process. The padding is upholstered with leather, is resistant to perspiration, anti-allergic and anti-bacterial, and has a special high-density foam interior. For the painting process, the method of 7 layers of paint, 3 layers of protection and 4 layers of paint has been used. The steel has been stripped and stabilized by total immersion of the parts in different degreasing solutions to guarantee a perfect and complete cleaning of the base material. In addition, an anti-rust primer has been applied to ensure adequate insulation from internal oxidation and good paint adhesion. 2 final coats of epoxy polyester powder paint, dried at 240ºC.
