The Concept2 SkiErg PM5 ski machine makes the sport of Nordic skiing available to everyone. For years, it has been regarded as one of the most difficult ways of training, since Nordic skiing develops strength and resistance and works out the legs, arms and heart. The SkiErg can be used both by pulling both handles simultaneously or in alternating drives, the more classic technique.
