It is essential for rehabilitation training of both the upper and lower body. Includes 3 multi-grips of different thicknesses to work your forearms to increase your muscle mass, strength and energy expenditure during training. Made of steel tested to withstand up to 400 kg (882 lbs). Its grip area can be changed to 3 diameters of 25 mm, 38 mm and 50 mm by simply changing of grips by rotating the handlebars. Pressure knurling allows a firm but soft grip.
