This powerful 3 HP motor is robust, durable and equipped with a vibration reduction system for a quiet workout and greater comfort. During your training sessions in the EXP 7i, Runners Flex cushioning gives you the option to completely remove the cushioning to get closer to the feel of a street run or have shock-absorbing cushioning for added comfort. During your training on the EXP 7i, you can change the inclination of your treadmill by simply pressing a button on the console. If you increase the incline, you increase your heart rate and decrease the impact on your knees and ankles.

The iFit Family subscription offers you a library of workouts updated monthly with over 1000 programs available. An interactive and personalized accompaniment is offered to you by professional coaches who control and adjust your speed and inclination. Your personal trainer adjusts the incline and speed of your treadmill in real time. Your coach will accompany you throughout your training session for a better performance.
