OLIVE O’LIVE Lifting Chains 12 Kg

O’LIVE 12 kg lifting chains add strength by gradually increasing the load during lifting. Using these chains favours the increase of weight when more force can be performed while not interfering with the initial part of the stroke when less weight can be lifted. Made of galvanized steel, they are 180 cm long and include clips to attach them to the Olympic bar.
