The ProForm Vue digital mirror lets you check your fitness while offering professional, on-demand classes from HIIT to yoga, each led by a certified iFIT trainer and viewed on a crystal-clear 22″ HD touchscreen. You have an ever-increasing variety of fitness classes delivered directly to your home and a complete workout without having to leave your home.

IFIT trainers advance your transformation by showing you proper form and allowing you to easily match it by viewing your reflection. See the world as you strength train, practice yoga or push yourself in a HIIT class at the studio, all led by a personal trainer in your home. Check your progress as each training session is automatically recorded and even used to influence future workouts. A 22″ high-definition vertical touchscreen is seamlessly integrated into the Vue and becomes seemingly invisible when turned off, leaving a beautifully clean reflective surface.

Scroll to the workout that suits you and select it at the touch of a button. The Vue allows you to view an unlimited library of iFIT workouts on demand so you can attend fitness classes in your home whenever you want. Unlike other competitors on the market, the Vue comes with a set of weight accessories for strength and toning workouts. When you’re ready to take your workout to the next level, the included barbell, dumbbells and disc set give you the extra boost you need to tone your body.

Each accessory has an assigned storage space behind the Vue that is hidden and out of sight. The reflective surface of the Vue pivots to give you more space. With a gentle movement, it pivots to the left or right providing wider access to the rear. We understand that it is not always possible to get away from the world when training. The Vue has two 3″ speakers built into the front so you can listen to your trainer and the music you want.
Your coach talks to you, not everyone else in the house. If you don’t want to disturb anyone else around you, it pairs easily with Bluetooth compatible headphones (headphones not included).
