Thrust Sled Singular WOD V3

The Singular WOD V3 Thrust Sled allows you to train the whole body in a functional way, and promotes strength and endurance, working both the upper body and the legs. Built with black lacquered iron for an incredibly durable finish and with perfect grip, the WOD Singular Sled allows intense and very dynamic pulling or pushing exercises, whether indoors or outdoors, and on almost any surface, track or lawn. In addition, the product includes a 6-metre nylon strap and two push bars that allow you to vary the type of exercise throughout your workout routines. As well as two skids that protect the friction zone of the sled, facilitating use on all surfaces except the asphalt, on which it is not compatible.
