The Trendingfit InerceX Box inertia machine has interchangeable flywheels of different weights and diameters that use inertia to provide high and variable resistance in both concentric and eccentric movements.When accelerating the flywheel, it offers resistance, which enables all phases of the movement to be worked through.The resistance will depend on the flywheels that are placed on the machine and the speed and force with which the exercise is performed.Different combinations of steering wheels can be mounted (never more than two at a time).
