We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Please note that customs processing times may vary by destination country.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Attach the provided return label (if applicable) and ship to the address provided.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
We will inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt and notify you about your refund or exchange status.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:

- Specify the replacement item in your initial email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return

Return Shipping Costs
